Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and packaging intact – just as you’d expect when unpacking brand new camping gear.
Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Camping cookery utensils, Camping crockery, Camping cutlery, and Cushions & seat covers unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Simple Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please don’t send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely pack your return using the original packaging when possible. Include the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Timeline:
– Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days after processing
– PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your camping gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For our global campers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
