Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products like we stand behind our campfires – with confidence and commitment to your satisfaction. If your camping equipment doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and packaging intact
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Important Exception: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Camping cookery utensils
- Camping crockery
- Camping cutlery
- Cushions & seat covers

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please don’t send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely pack your return using the original packaging when possible. Include the RMA number clearly on the package.

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your camping gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For our global campers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
